Refund Policy

Returns: We want you to love your Vino and Vibes purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at inquiries@vinoandvibes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
